Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy explains how Gladwin International Leadership Advisors (“Gladwin International”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) delivers its services to clients and subscribers, including delivery methods, expected timelines, and the point at which a service is considered delivered. We do not sell physical goods; all our services are delivered digitally or through professional engagement.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
1. CXO Self-Serve Portal Subscriptions
1.1 Activation
Access to the CXO Self-Serve Portal — including Whisper, Symphony, Orchestra, and other modules available within your subscription tier — is provisioned automatically upon successful payment. Activation typically occurs within fifteen (15) minutes of payment confirmation, and an activation email containing your login link is sent to your registered email address.
1.2 Subscription term
Subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise stated. Access continues uninterrupted for the duration of the paid term, subject to compliance with our Terms of Use.
1.3 Service availability
We target a service availability of 99.5% on the CXO Self-Serve Portal, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which are communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email and in-portal notification.
2. Retained Executive Search Engagements
2.1 Engagement initiation
A retained search engagement formally begins on the date the engagement letter is signed by both parties and the first instalment is received. We commence work — including position scoping, market mapping, and candidate research — within three (3) business days of engagement kick-off.
2.2 Search milestones and timelines
A typical retained C-suite search at Gladwin International follows this delivery schedule:
- Week 1–2: Deep discovery, position scoping, and stakeholder calibration.
- Week 2–3: Market mapping and candidate universe identification.
- Week 3–5: Outreach, qualification interviews, and assessment.
- Week 5–7: Client shortlist presentation and interviews.
- Week 7–8: Offer management, negotiation, and acceptance.
Total duration is typically 45–60 days from kick-off to accepted offer for C-suite mandates and 60–75 days for CEO and board-level searches. Structured weekly pipeline updates are provided throughout. Specific milestone dates are set out in the engagement letter and may vary based on mandate complexity.
2.3 Placement and 12-month guarantee
The search is considered delivered upon successful placement and the candidate's joining of the client organisation. Our 12-Month Candidate Guarantee continues for twelve (12) months from the candidate's joining date, as set out in the engagement letter.
3. Interim Leadership Deployment
For interim leadership engagements, we typically deploy a pre-vetted senior executive within five to ten (5–10) business days of engagement confirmation, depending on role specificity and seniority. The interim executive is engaged for the duration set out in the statement of work, typically ranging from three (3) months to two (2) years.
4. Leadership Advisory, Board Advisory, and Managed Talent Acquisition
Advisory engagements commence on the date set out in the relevant engagement letter or statement of work. Specific deliverables, milestones, and timelines are agreed in advance and set out in the engagement document. Status updates are typically provided on a fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on the nature of the engagement.
5. Intelligence Reports and One-Time Deliverables
Compensation benchmarking reports, competitor talent intelligence reports, and other custom research deliverables are produced on commissioning. Standard delivery timelines are:
- Standard reports: Delivered within five to seven (5–7) business days of payment confirmation and brief alignment.
- Custom or expanded reports: Delivered within seven to fourteen (7–14) business days, with the precise timeline confirmed at the point of commissioning.
Reports are delivered as PDF documents to the registered email address of the purchaser, or via a secure download link valid for thirty (30) days.
6. Communication and Status Updates
For all retained engagements, we provide structured weekly progress updates by email and offer fortnightly review calls with the engagement partner. For portal subscriptions, in-product notifications and email digests communicate new features, market intelligence, and platform updates.
7. Geographic Coverage
We deliver services across India and globally — with consultants and active mandates in 13 cities across 4 continents. Search and advisory services are not constrained by geography; portal access is available worldwide subject to applicable law and compliance with our Terms of Use.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
While we work diligently to meet stated timelines, delivery may occasionally be affected by candidate availability, client-side scheduling, regulatory delays, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, we will notify you promptly, explain the cause, and propose a revised timeline. We do not provide refunds for delays caused by force majeure events; see our Refund Policy.
9. No Physical Shipping
Gladwin International Leadership Advisors does not sell physical goods and therefore has no physical shipping, delivery, or logistics obligations. All deliverables are digital (login access, PDF reports, advisory output) or service-based (placements, advisory engagements). No couriers, no postal addresses, no customs documentation are required.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Service Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, applicable law, or business practices. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
