Applying to live ID jobs is a Foresight member benefit — only Foresight members can apply through the Exchange. Your assessment score is not mandatory to apply: membership is what unlocks applications, and you can apply to any matched role regardless of your score. Where score counts is on the board's side — boards can shortlist and filter applicants by Board-Readiness score, so higher-scoring members are surfaced and prioritised first, both on live roles and in confidential searches. A strong score is what makes you stand out.
