A typical retained C-suite search at Gladwin International is completed within 45–60 days — from initial briefing to accepted offer. This includes deep discovery and position scoping (Week 1–2), comprehensive market mapping and candidate universe identification (Week 2–3), outreach, qualification and assessment (Week 3–5), client shortlist presentation and interviews (Week 5–7), and offer management and acceptance (Week 7–8). CEO and board-level searches may take 60–75 days. We provide structured weekly pipeline updates throughout.

Our 12-Month Candidate Guarantee is the most comprehensive placement guarantee in the Indian executive search market. If any leader we place departs voluntarily or is asked to leave within 12 months of joining — for reasons related to role fit, cultural alignment, or misrepresentation during the search — we conduct a full replacement search at no additional professional fee. This commitment is embedded in every search engagement letter we sign and applies to all services: executive search, interim leadership transitions, and GCC leadership placements.

Guaranteed Placement means we do not close a search file until the right leader has been successfully placed in the role. Unlike firms that declare a search 'complete' after presenting a shortlist, we remain committed through offer, acceptance, and the candidate's joining date. If a preferred candidate withdraws after offer acceptance, we immediately re-engage the search at no additional cost.
