Activate (Day 0)
Pay ₹4,20,000 + 18% GST via Razorpay. On Mon/Wed/Fri (IST) the price is ₹3,36,000 + 18% GST — first-time activations only. Within minutes you have access to the Whisper portal at /whisper/app.

Calibrate (Days 1–7)
Upload your CV, set your mandate criteria (sectors, revenue bands, geographies, comp floor, role levels), choose your delivery channel (encrypted email / Signal / in-portal). Whisper trains your dedicated agent on your profile.

Receive (Week 2 onward)
Your first briefing arrives bi-weekly. Each briefing carries 6–10 conviction-grade signals + 1–3 ready-to-send reach-out drafts. Approve, edit, or discard each — Whisper learns from your feedback.

Pursue (As mandates surface)
When a mandate clears your conviction threshold and warrants action, you authorise the reach-out via the portal. Whisper sends nothing without your explicit approval. Mandates can be tracked as Pursuits with status updates.

- Whisper has no public profile, no inbound search, no resume bank — your existence in the system is invisible to anyone outside Gladwin International.
- All briefings are encrypted in transit and at rest; delivery channel of your choice (email, Signal, in-portal). Nothing routes through your work account.
- Whisper observes — it does not query. We never approach companies on your behalf without explicit per-mandate authorisation.
- DPDP / GDPR compliant by design. Right to data export and right to deletion honoured within 7 days. Consent ledger maintained.
- Per-recipient watermarked sample briefings — leak attribution is built in.

10 questions members ask before activation.
Will my employer find out I have signed up?
No. Whisper has no public profile, no resume bank, no LinkedIn integration. Briefings ship to a channel of your choice (encrypted email / Signal / in-portal). Your employer has no way to detect your participation. Fortune 1000 and Apex Club members may opt for air-gapped engagement (in-person only, no electronic record on the member side); Magnus members can request the same on a per-mandate basis.
How is Whisper different from a retained executive search firm?
A retained firm works mandates after they exist; we observe the conditions for a mandate before it has a name. Retained firms work for the hirer and earn a placement fee; Whisper works for you and earns a flat membership fee — there is no incentive to push you into the wrong mandate. Both have their place; Whisper is what you use between active retained-search engagements.
What if no mandates surface during my 6-month membership?
You will still receive 12 fortnightly briefings showing what we tracked, what almost cleared the conviction threshold, and what we are watching for the next quarter. Real members report that even briefings without action-ready mandates compound their understanding of the market — knowing what is moving is itself the product.
Can I extend or renew?
Yes. Renewals are billed at the same ₹4,20,000 / 6 months base rate. Note that the Mon/Wed/Fri member-day discount applies only to first-time activations, not renewals.
Why no monthly billing option?
Whisper takes 6–10 weeks to fully calibrate to your profile, and most CXO mandate cycles run 12–18 weeks from precursor-signal to placement decision. A 1-month subscription would not produce the value the product is designed for. Six months is the minimum coherent commitment.
Can I cancel mid-membership?
Membership is non-refundable once activated, but you can stop using the service at any time — there is no auto-renewal; renewal is an explicit decision at month 6.
Is the AI making the decisions about which signals matter?
No human is replaced. Anthropic Claude does the signal extraction, scoring, and draft generation; the conviction threshold, sector weights, and reach-out approval all sit with you. You see every signal that scored above your threshold; you authorise every outbound communication.
What channels does Whisper deliver to?
Encrypted email (default), Signal (member-provided number), or in-portal at /whisper/app/briefings. You choose at activation; you can change at any time. Your work email is never used unless you explicitly choose it.
Do you guarantee a placement?
No. Whisper is not a placement product. It is a vigilance and intelligence product. Executive moves at this seniority depend on board timing, mandate availability, fit on both sides, and decisions outside our control. We will not promise an outcome we cannot underwrite.
