The six structural commitments behind the discretion claim.
Invisibility by design
Whisper has no public profile, no inbound search, no resume bank, no LinkedIn integration. The member's existence in the Whisper system is invisible to anyone outside Gladwin International. There is no API, no public directory, no third-party integration that exposes member identity.
Encrypted delivery, member-controlled channel
Briefings are encrypted in transit and at rest. Delivery channel is member-controlled (encrypted email / Signal / in-portal). The member chooses; no work-account email is used unless the member explicitly opts in. Channel changes can be made at any time.
NDA framework — bilateral and multi-jurisdiction
Magnus uses our standard bilateral NDA. Infinity Plus carries the multi-jurisdiction NDA covering DPDP, GDPR, UK GDPR, Singapore PDPA, GCC sovereign disclosure regimes. Apex Club issues a named-counterparty NDA addendum per direct introduction. All NDAs reviewed by external counsel quarterly.
Per-recipient watermarking
Every sample briefing and every member briefing carries a visible per-recipient watermark plus a unique verify-token at the footer. Any leaked document is traceable to the issued recipient via the public /verify page. Operator-interview transcripts are abstracted, not attributed; original records are held by Gladwin International only.
Air-gapped engagement (Apex Club)
For mandates where any electronic record on the member side creates unacceptable risk, Apex Club members may opt for air-gapped engagement: in-person meetings only, no electronic record on the member side, the Principal Partner liaises as the named intermediary throughout. Three Apex mandates this year have been air-gapped.
Breach response
Suspected leak or unauthorised disclosure? Email discretion@gladwininternational.com. Response within 4 business hours. We will (a) verify the document, (b) trace the issued recipient, (c) coordinate with you on attribution and remediation, (d) update affected NDAs. The reach-out channel is available to anyone, including non-members, who receives a Whisper-branded document they were not the issued recipient of.
Data handling

Whisper is built to be compliant with the most restrictive privacy regime any member operates under. The data principles below apply uniformly across all members, regardless of jurisdiction.
- ✓Personal data minimisation — we collect only what is required to deliver the service.
- ✓Right to data export — members may request a full export of their data at any time. Honoured within 7 days.
- ✓Right to deletion — members may request full deletion at any time. Honoured within 7 days, with the deletion attested by Gladwin International.
- ✓Consent ledger — every consent given by a member is recorded with timestamp, scope, and member-version of the consent text.
- ✓Sub-processor disclosure — frontier-grade AI inference (signal extraction and language modelling), Tavily (general news bridge), AWS S3 (document storage), Resend (transactional email). No data sold to or shared with third parties beyond these.
- ✓Retention windows — sample-briefing leads: 24 months. Member briefings: held for the member subscription term plus 18 months for audit. Operator-interview records: indefinite, restricted access.
