WHISPER PRIVACY & DISCRETION

Private by design, described without impossible promises.

Whisper is built for executives who cannot turn a career search into a public signal. This page explains what the product keeps private, what data it needs, when limited access may occur and where the privacy commitment has practical limits.

Product principles

What discretion means inside Whisper.

No public candidate profile

Whisper does not publish a member directory, public résumé bank, public watchlist or public activity feed. Employers cannot browse Whisper to discover members.

Authenticated website briefings

Product briefings are intended to be read inside the signed-in Whisper website workspace. Whisper does not issue briefing PDFs as part of the product experience.

Account-scoped access

A member signs in to access the products they have purchased. Product entitlements, saved criteria and briefing access are associated with that account.

Purpose-limited product data

Identity, executive profile, search criteria, company watchlists, feedback and billing records are used to operate the subscribed product and its account controls.

No autonomous employer contact

Whisper does not publish a member’s interest, submit an application or contact an employer in the member’s name. The member controls every external action.

Clear limits, not absolute secrecy claims

Authorised operational access and service-provider processing may occur when required to run, secure or support the platform. No online service can promise zero risk.

Data map

What the workspace uses and why.

The exact fields depend on the product and what the member chooses to provide. This summary complements, but does not replace, the formal Privacy Policy.

Access and processing

Who may process product data.

  • The member through their authenticated account.
  • Authorised Gladwin personnel where necessary for operations, security, reconciliation, compliance or support.
  • Configured infrastructure, payment, communications and AI service providers acting for product delivery.
  • Authorities or professional advisers where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.

Member controls

Practical choices that protect the search.

  • Use a personal email account and a strong, unique password or sign-in method.
  • Keep profile data and watchlists limited to what the search actually requires.
  • Sign out on shared devices and do not share workspace access or briefing content.
  • Use the Privacy Policy process for access, correction, restriction or deletion requests.

Questions

Plain answers about privacy.

Can employers search for Whisper members?

No public member directory or searchable résumé bank is provided. Whisper is designed as a member workspace, not an employer-facing candidate database.

Are Whisper briefings sent as PDFs?

No. Briefings are intended to be viewed inside the authenticated Whisper website workspace.

Is my identity completely invisible to Gladwin International?

No absolute claim of internal invisibility is made. Limited authorised access may be necessary for account operations, security, payment reconciliation, legal compliance or support. Access should be limited to what the task requires.

Does Whisper contact employers for me?

No. Whisper does not submit applications, publish expressions of interest or contact employers in a member’s name. Members control all external action.

Can I request a copy or deletion of my data?

Requests are handled under the published Privacy Policy and applicable law. Some billing, security or statutory records may need to be retained where legally required.

Are the three Whisper products connected?

They are separate subscriptions and workspaces. Product access and search criteria are scoped to the product purchased and are not automatically treated as a single combined search.

Read the controlling privacy terms.

The formal Privacy Policy governs data handling. Product pages explain the separate scope of each Whisper subscription.
