Retained Search & Advisory — Quoted per Mandate
Retained executive search, GCC leadership, interim leadership deployment, and managed talent acquisition programmes are scoped and priced per mandate. Fees reflect mandate complexity, role seniority, sector specificity, and geographic reach.
Engagement fees are typically structured as a retainer billed in three instalments across the search lifecycle. Indicative fee ranges and the full scope are confirmed in writing in the engagement letter before any work commences.

Pricing & Payment Notes
Currency: All prices on this page are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed in INR via our payment gateway partner.
Taxes: Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% is applicable on all subscription fees and service fees, in accordance with Indian tax law. The applicable GST is shown and collected at the time of payment.
Invoicing: A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every successful payment and made available for download in your account or via email.
Renewals: Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will be reminded by email at least 14 days before renewal.
Refunds: See our Refund Policy for full terms. Subscription refunds are available within seven (7) business days of payment; retained search fees are non-refundable once the engagement letter is signed.
